Controlling the survey completion process

Hi, we need to control the advance of a survey process controlling which surveys are completed and wich are not.

Surveys must be filled up by specific persons (not anyone can fill it).

I'm not sure if I understood your requirement, but you can see completed submissions following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions 

However, it's not possible to view incomplete submissions at least that you use the save and continue later feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later 

That will show a button labeled as "incomplete submissions" on the submissions page where you can see those active sessions.
