Autoamtically add contacts data to ACYMailing

Is there a way to add specific (or all) contact form fields to an Acymailing list in joomla?

It is possible to add your form to a Joomla page:

But I do not believe it is possible to automatically forward contact form fields to a mailing list in Joomla.

I already have added a Jotform to my website (see link above) just wonder if there could be an automatic update of ACYmailing db when someone fill the form.

We do not currently have an integration to allow for automatically updating and ACYmailing db.
