We opted to upgrade are current bronze plan to the silver for the discount price that we thought was an additional $.50 per month. We didn't receive that discount. Are we able to have the total price be $19.50 per month on the silver plan? If we are unable to do that, we don't want to upgrade and continue with the bronze plan. I can see you had an active bronze yearly subscription and switched to the silver yearly plan, please note that the unused time of your bronze subscription was discounted from the silver price.
