I would like to remove my subscription completely

I see that your account is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription. You may cancel the account subscription and downgrade the account to Free from the billing section of your account settings. The account shall be downgraded to Free at the end of the current subscription period. If you experience any issue with the cancellation of the subscription, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
