Im sorry i am new to this since the gentleman has left this company Im in charge, and i was trying to find out is this applications on line do we pay to have this or how does it work?

I am not sure if i have understood your question correctly.

Do you want to know if your account here is a free user ? or why your forms are not working?

As a Free User you are entitled with 100 monthly submissions,5 maximum Forms, 1,000 monthly views and 500 total submissions. Ultimately, JotForm is free but you can subscribe to our plans to increase your usage.You can check the pricing here:https://www.jotform.com/pricing

As I have checked your account, you have maxed your total submissions, that is why you cant submit your forms. You need to delete some submissions data to free some space, here is a guide on how: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
