Not receiving notifications

    Hi,

    We are not receiving notifications for this form:https://form.jotform.com/50844844889978

    The submissions are coming through on the excel report and the email address is not on the bouncelist.

    I checked your form. It has two notification emails alumnionline@duq.edu and weavers2@duq.edu 

    But they are only sent based on specific criteria.

    So that should explain why you arent receving emails for all submisisons. Emails are only sent if the volunteer answer is blank, or yes. If its a no, it wont send any email.

    I also double checked the email adresses and that is correct that none of them are on the bounce list.

    Finally,

    I see there was one submission yesterday from Madeline Marcenelle Marcenellem@gmail.com (540) 2507665. She answered yes for the Alumni volunteering. So she received the email. But there is no record of this in the submissions. Did you delete it?

    Hi,

    The weavers2@duq.edu is under the sender emails setting, but none of the history is showing emails sent to this account. I was told to set it up this way to prevent the "no delivery" problem from happening. I did not delete any emails.

    If emails are set to send conditionally, they will only send if the condition is met.  One of your conditions will send a notification if "Are you volunteering for a program under Alumni Relations, Annual Giving or University Advancement?" is empty and one will send if that field is equal to "Yes".  Since most of the responses for that field are equal to "No", neither notification email is being sent.

    If you need a notification email to be sent each time the form is submitted, set up an additional notification email that does not have any conditions associated with it.  If you need a notification email to be sent only when "Are you volunteering for a program under Alumni Relations, Annual Giving or University Advancement?" is equal to "No", set up a new notification email and a new condition for the "No" value.
