Submission emails are not being received after the form is submitted.

    I am Douglas Weller +584166958417 and you told me the aforementioned DEFAULT email address was on your BOUNCED list and apparently I ordered it to be taken OFF the bounced list and was accepted but emails are not getting there yet. Please fix this..

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your form to send submission email to following two email addresses: 

    None of your email address is in our bounce list and you should receive submission emails without any problem. I did check our email logs and it seems submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your SPAM folder already? I would suggest you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails ended up there.
