Users currently unable to sign with DocuSign, on any forms. Is this a known issue and do we have a timeframe of when it will be corrected?

Perhaps you would be able to upload it here directly in the support forum by following this guide — How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum?
You may also provide us the form(s) and/or the website (if the form is embedded) where you are experiencing the issue with the DocuSign widget.
