Redirect to a URL after submit stopped working.

 Hello, we have three forms embedded in a page at https://www.earlyedualliance.org/membership-benefits/

When the user submits one of the forms it used-to redirect to this page https://els.comotion.uw.edu/express_license_technologies/earlyedu/

Now it goes to the page but only works on refresh. Is there something happening in the jotform redirect that won't let the page load correctly?

I've checked all of your forms and can see that they all are setup to redirect to the link you've provided above.

May I know if redirect is not working with all 3 forms embedded to your site or only one form is not working? Can you please confirm this?

It's possible that some code in your site is conflicting one of your embedded form. In that case, please try to re-embed Jotform using the iFrame method. Please see this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code on how you can re-embed the form with an iFrame.
