I want to cut and paste lots of emails in to a form for a group session I am running but it will only let me add 1 at a time - how do I drop lots of emails from Excel?

You should be able to copy email addresses from a source and paste it to the email recipient of the email notification in your form. The email addresses must only be separated.
Also, please be reminded that a single email notification would only be able to handle a maximum of 10 recipients.
You need to create additional email notifications if you wish to send an email alert to more than 10 email addresses. This was explained in this guide — Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
