I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to send my test submission without any issue. Is the form embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue? If so, please provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can check it to assist you further.

Also, as I check your JotForm I notice that you are having a password field which is not allowed with JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts shall be suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing forms. Please remove the password field from the form to avoid the suspension.

    Thanks!

As my colleague mentioned the password fields are not allowed under any circumstances. Please check this parts from our Terms of Use:

Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

Please remove or change the label of mentioned field and remove the password word.

Regarding the issue you reported - I tested your form and I was able to replica the issue you reported. I was not able to submit the form. I made multiple testes and the issue is related to 'Show Captcha on Submitting Form'.

Please change this option to NO and test your form again.

we presently working with captcha with YES only. and we found some intresting things.

all these codes have some minimum requirements of respective browsers.

if possible please ask your developers to look into same.

Since the Internet Explorer 8 is an outdated browser, you may be seeing some issues with it. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You may consider using the updated IE or Microsoft Edge.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we are not able to support "Show Captcha on Submitting Form" option in embed forms, at the moment.

However, you can always use widgets like Math Captcha or Drawing Captcha as a workaround. In this article you can find detailed information about using widgets. Even so, please don't hesitate to ask us if you encounter any difficulties about using these widgets.

    Hope this helps.
