Wordpress forms not submitting

Hi

I have two Wordpress sites and the submit function on both contact forms have stopped working. I click "Submit" and it gets stuck on "Please Wait"

businessforum.org.uk/contact-us/

and

midcheshire.org.uk/contact/

I have tried on Firefox and Opera browsers with the same result. The preview version on Jotform works fine.

Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
