How to track the results of the form if I created the form without creating an account?

    If the browser storage is cleared while the form is in the guest account, unfortunately, it is not possible to view the submissions unless the form is registered with an account. I have checked the IP address of the guest account and your account are the same. So, I have moved the form to your account. You should be now able to view the submissions by logging into your account. Please refer to the guide below:
