How to Auto Populate fields in the form?

Hi,

I have a master database of my members in xls and i would like them to just enter their existing email address and then all the fields in the form will automatically appear then they just need to validate the information and change if necessary. is that possible?

You could try using Spreadsheet to Form widget https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget and set the access code column for that widget to be an email, so when they enter their email the rest of the form will populate:

So your users can use the code to prepopulate the rest of the form with needed data (that you will specify).
