How can I create a scheduling form with

This form is for barbershop and will need to be able to have multiple services. Also once that time has been booked it can not be booked again. As well as the option to pay online. I know how to use the payment widget. but where i am having the issues is the scheduling and the times still showing available.  If there is a template already created that would be fine too. your help is appreciated.

You can clone it and modify as you need. Basically it has Name field, a phone number and a "weekly calendar" so they can set the appointment. When someone selects for example Monday 9am that won't be available anymore.

Once an option is disabled you may simply add more quantities to get it available again. You will also find a demo form on the widget's page that you may clone on your end.
