Free account compared to paid?

    Hello, I have several forms set up that have been free. I just signed up for the Bronze package but I am not sure why I all of a sudden have to pay? What am I getting that I ddi not have before?

    Is there any error that shows in your screen ? Can you please take a screenshot of the issue and post it in your reply. https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    Please take note that the limits depending on what Plan subscription you have will be applied to all of your Form. It doesn't matter if it was created before or after you upgraded.

    No Error. Just wanted to see if I can still use it for free and if so can I get a refund?

    According to your usage, if you go back to Free, you will not be able to create more forms than those five you already have.

    I have sent a request to our billing team to cancel & process the refund for you last subscription payment for bronze yearly plan. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
