Form will not submit using a Tablet device

    My newly created form works when using my desktop ( submit success, and e-mail received both working).

    However, when I use my tablet, there is a "waiting" message, but nothing after, and no e-mail received.

    Also the print button does not work when using the tablet, but does when using the desktop.

    (Tablet is Samsung Tab E).
