Form changes do not update in preview mode.

Good afternoon!  I am having issues with my forms updating.  They are saving in the edit mode but in preview is not changing.  I have tried multiple browsers, computers and cleared the cache.  Tried the preview button and the direct link with the same results.  Any help would be appreciated.
