box.com will not integrate

    My credentials are working, have checked both pass word & email and I can log in on Box.com but when going through the integrating process on my form I get the following:

    Authentication Failed! Please check your credentials.

    I use two different emails, one for jot form and another for box would that matter?

    Please advice.

    You must login to your box.com to authenticate the integration. You need to use your box.com credentials to use the box integration.

    Thank you.  I do all of the above but the integrating still refuses?

    Just tried with the dropbox app to compare and see the difference, somehow that app has already been authenticated and I haven't even started the form yet?

    Besides my Jotform account is brand new...

    You can login to your box.com account first so that when you try to integrate it will automatically choose your account and all you have to do is to grant access to Box.

    I have integrated my form with box.com and I can integrate successfully.

    Just like the dropbox integration, if you have logged in to the dropbox website and you integrate the your form, it will automatically detect the account and add it.

    In safari > Preferences > Privacy > UNTICK Website tracking & Ask websites not to track me
