I have tried updating the widgets as well as clearing my form cache and have tried it on different computer but my inventory widgets still show a "We cannot complete your request"Page URL:

Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduce the problem.
It seems these widgets are faulty or requires an update. Can you please recreate them if possible? Please delete them and add a new one.
I tried it here and it's working. If you need assistance, let us know.
Since you have existing submissions, I'd suggest to backup them.
