How can I change date and timestamp to match my google spreadsheet entry?

I have connected a form to a Google spreadsheet. This works fine, but the date and time stamps are off one hour on the spreadsheet entry. The time shows Eastern when I am in the Central time zone.

Where do I change the setting?
