Embed my form on my website

    When I publish and embed my form on my website, it does not post correctly.  It completely jobbles and messes up that particular page!  How do I fix this?

    Please try to re-embed your form using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide that you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
