We have a few people sending in submissions who are suddenly only receiving their auto responses occasionally. We receive the submissions but they do not receive their copies which we have set up for them to receive. Is there a current issue or maintenance going on?
I have confirmed the emails are correct that they should be sent to.

I have checked both notification and autoresponse email and I could not find any missing email issue.
Can you ask your users to check their spam folder?
Also, you can check your email log from your account settings to be sure whether the autoresponse email has been sent or not.
