Need to upgrade from grandfathered plan to Silver.

We were grandfathered into an old plan but not being able to create any new forms will not work for us. Please move us to silver.

We can cancel, and downgrade your account to free plan. So, you can then upgrade to Silver plan: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account 

Please note that once your grandfathered price gets cancelled, there will no option to got back to it, as those plans are not available anymore. Please confirm that you want to proceed.
