It's impossible for my forms to be over quota.  I hardly get any traffic whatsoever.  Please fix this immediately.  Does an embedded form on Dreamweaver create bogus activity?

Did you embed your forms to your website ? If yes, probably the views were because of Bots / Web Crawlers that works to index your website to various search engines.

You can try embedding your forms using an iFrame Code to prevent your form views getting consumed.

It seems you've upgraded to Silver Plan already which gives you extra form views. Please try using the iFrame Code I suggested earlier to see if your form views are not getting consumed faster anymore.
