Why my checkout button is not working?

    Hi

    While using my form:

    Barnstorm Registration 2018 Paying in installments

    Some of my customers have reported that when the fill out the form and click on the checkout button they are not taken to paypal. Why is this?

    I have checked your form and made a test submission but could not able to reproduce the issue.

    I have been taken to the paypal page after I click on the checkout button.

    Can you please tell your users to clear their browser cache and form cache and check back again?
