It quit on middle of questionnaire on my iPhone.

It quit on middle of questionnaire on my iPhone at a section change. And give me this message "This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred", and go back to the top of questions.  Is there any solution?

My colleague tested the first form on the webpage you provided, but he was not able to replicate the issue you reported. However, he mentioned that the form works very bad. Which form is causing the issue on your end? 

Your webpage is also very slow on my desktop. I also noticed that you embedded four forms on that page and that all forms have the Auto Fill feature enabled. The issue is most likely related to the Auto Fill feature. Please disable the Auto Fill feature in all forms and test them again.

Now, problem is half solved.  But when I get to the end, E-signature doesn't work and it does't show "review and submit" and quit and show the same warning, "This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred" and go back to the top of question.

I tested your standalone form with iPhone emulator and the form is working properly. I was able to sign the form and review it. 

Does the issue occur on your end when you test the embedded form and the standalone form? 

I cleared your form cache. Please test your form again. Also test your form in some other browser and if possible with some other iPhone. 

You can also try to add another signature field to the form and check if a new field will work properly. 

I also asked one of my colleagues to test your form with his iPhone. I will update you via this thread once he is done with the testing. 

My colleague just informed me that he was not able to replicate the issue you reported when he tested your standalone form. He successfully signed the form and the signature is shown on the review before submit page. 

Please test the form again in some other browser and on some other iPhone.
