I am wanting to create a new Donation Page for our website. hbmin.org/donate
At this time we are only able to use the "simple checkout" with Authorize.net.
I have created numerous forms for the different opportunities people have to partner with our ministry.
My Question is HOW does the donor move to the donate form when they select an option? Can I create a form that will allow them to put in MULTIPLE options... say $50 for this project and $100 for that person and $75 for this country? Then when they submit that request it automatically populates the Donation form where they give their credit card info and submit the donation.???
I hope that makes sense.
The form I am showing you is just my attempt at some ideas... BUT hopefully it gives you an idea of what I NEED to do. We have a number of options available to the partner... We need to make this page as easy as possible to navigate if they choose to use it to give.
Thank youPage URL:

It's possible to create such form, but the amount passed to the payment section is a total so it will not be possible to pass the amount separated into sections.
An example can be seen here: https://form.jotform.com/80168279597978
Now, may be that you also need to have separated the payments so the user specifies where the amount should be, you may do it as shown on this form: https://form.jotform.com/80168351897972
Here are all the resources you need for this:
I hope this helps.
