My credit card has changed and I need to pay my account - how do I do this I did pay through paypal

Upon checking the account associated with the email address you used in opening this thread, I see that your previous subscription (Bronze Yearly) was already canceled after many failed attempts of trying to renew it.
I see that you have recently subscribed to the Silver Yearly plan and I can only assume that it is with the new card already.

- angiemacAnswered on January 19, 2018 at 11:43 AMSorry but I was only informed by pay pal and then I had to wait for them to verify new card they did say once card was verified they would send payment through again, the only other notification I received was from yourselves today

As far as I know, we cannot reactive a subscription once it has been cancelled; however, I'm not sure if this is something that PayPal can do.
PayPal sends the emails when the there is a failed attempt to charge you, there is not an email sent about this from JotForm since the payment is being handled by a third party service.
Now, I can see you cancelled your silver yearly subscription and your account is scheduled to downgrade, it will take effect on the next billing date that can be consulted on the billing section of your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
In case that PayPal reactivates your bronze plan, you may send us a screenshot of the charge or provide us a proof of the payment so we can set your account to the correct status.
