Embedded forms aren't loading correctly.

    Hello,

I have had this issue happen several times before, but now it is starting to affect our attendance in our programs due to people 'giving up' on registering.     The forms, when uploaded to our website, do not load all the way and people have to "scroll" through them.  For the most part, scrolling works but only if they are on a laptop/desktop.  The downside is if they missed a required section, they can't scroll up to fix it, and have to start completely over.   Recently, the latest form we are struggling with allows them to only tab through it (rather than being completely displayed on the website) but it jumps over the signature line, doesn't let them go back up, and since it's a required line, doesn't let them complete the form.   An example of this is on our website, the second form (Project Paint):  www.awakeningmindsart.org/registration

This is causing a large problem in our attendance and I hope it can be resolved ASAP.

Please try a different embedding method, I would suggest you the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

However, only embed the Iframe part, not the script part.

You may need to set the scrolling property to "yes":
