Is it possible to add dynamic number of fields?

Hello,

I am a travel agent and I am creating a form for my prospective clients to give me their names and dates of birth. When I send this form to my clients I do not know how many members of their family I need information for. Is there a way for the clients to pick how many people and then the correct amount of name and date of birth fields will be available to them? 

You can try using our Configurable List to allow users to populate dynamic number of fields as many as they require.
