Where does the information and payments go when the form is submitted?

once a person fills out the form (I created an order form) and hits order ......where does that information go?  

Payments..........when a person pays with either paypal or Credit card where does the payment go? how do I get paid?

we are embedding the URL for the order form into a PDF file to be emailed to hundreds of people.

1) The submitted data is securely stored in our database and can be managed from within your JotForm account at any time. Please take a look at the next guide to get an idea on this.

2) To be able to accept payments you will need to use one of the payment integrations. For example, if you use PayPal, the payments will be directly collected by your PayPal account, it is the same for other payment processing services. In other words, you will need an account with the payment processing service to be able to use the related payment integration.
