buenos días como puedo hacer para recuperar un formulario eliminado

buenos días por casualidad fue eliminado uno de mis formularios con el nombre de Facebook Gestión Pública podrian ayudarme a RECUPERAR

If the form was deleted but not purged, it will still be in the trash.  Here is how to restore a form from the trash:

If the form was purged from the trash, it has been fully removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
