We have been deleting older forms and we still cannot enable any forms.

    Good Morning,

    We have been using JotForm for quite awhile now and have recently encountered an issue saying we have reached our form limit and to delete old forms. We have been deleting older forms and we still cannot enable any forms. 

    I was told we had a premium plan with you and this shouldn't be an issue, could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

    Hi,

    I checked your account and you're subscribed to the Silver plan. The number of forms that you can create is 100. You can archive or delete the unused forms. Upon checking your account usage, I can see that you have 110 active forms. To check it on your end, please visit your account usage page or open this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    You can also upgrade your account to Gold plan which offers unlimited forms. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
