Can I share my submissions with a user?

    Hello,

    I have several questions:

    1.  Is it possible for users to have access to the dashboard to see all of their submissions or is this only for the administrator?

    2.  Can original Jot forms be resubmitted with updates and receive a new Jot form ID number?

    By default, the SUBMISSIONS PAGE is only intended for the account owner. If there's a need to share these with your users, you can.

    However, be mindful that this approach will share your entire submission data for that form. Be careful since this will contain submission data of everyone else who submitted that form.

    It's also worth mentioning that you have other alternatives using REPORTS. You can generate a variety of report formats so just pick one that will fit your requirements.

    2. Can original Jot forms be resubmitted with updates and receive a new Jot form ID number?

    Are you referring to the SUBMISSION ID? If so, the ID will remain the same even after editing a submission. A new SUBMISSION ID will only be generated for each and every new submission.
