I cannot seem to update and save an existing form

I can't seem to update and SAVE an existing form.  Publish, shares the link but doesn't save the changes or update the last modified date.

Not sure what to do..

I've cleared your forms cache. Please try doing a small edit in the form builder before previewing. See if that helps.
