Problems With Purchase Orders

When the update came out on the 6th it change how our purchase orders looked. They are now pretty confusing to operate from our website. We have had multiple people call and complain that they can't select quantity among other things. I was wondering if there is anyway to revert our purchase order formatting back to the way it used to be. When you have to click on the name of the product and then select the quantity and select update that is a lot of steps. I will attach as screen shot of what it looks like from our website and how unappealing it looks now to what it used to be.

Also when I preview my form and get to the purchase order it doesn't display our products, all it does is display the heading of that section.

I have just tested your form and I'm able to select a quantity, products are displayed on the form builder as well as the preview page too:

However, you may switch to the old layout under the settings tab, form settings section, clicking on the show more button, scrolling down until the form layout option and selecting the option "Single question in one page" "All questions in one page", please remember this is while editing your form on the builder.

    I hope this helps.

So I guess what I was really asking is there a way that the purchase order can look like it did before the update? Not that the quantity selector doesn't work but it isn't very intuitive. Some of our customers don't know that they have to click on the name of the product to change their quantity. Is there a way to have the quantity displayed like it used to be where it is just under the product without having to click into it?

My form was already in "single question mode" and when I turned it back to "all question on one page" mode the it looked better on that one section but everything else looked messy.

Can we revert back to the way the purchase order looked like before the update?

Yes, apologies for the confusion, the "All questions in one page" should be selected. Once you selected such layout your form should look like it was before the form was automatically updated with the new layout.

If you see a different form than the one you had before, please check if there have been any changes made to the form itself, this guide will help you checking the revision history of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

    I hope this helps.

Having "all questions in one page" mode on does make the purchase order look the way it was before the update however I would still like to keep my form in "single question mode" but have the purchase order look the way it was before the update. Is this possible?

All questions in one page and single question mode are different in terms of viewing some of the form features specially the payment tool.

Also if you take a look your stand alone form and the embedded form in your website, they both have different dimension ratio in terms of width.

    1. Your stand alone form:

    2. Your embedded form in website:

After embedding the form, it squeezed the width according to the website dimension.

You can try enabling the smart embed feature from your Publish section and see if it makes any difference.
