I would like to create a personalized application form based on a template

I'd like to create a grant application based on a template.  I'm not clear on the editing capabilities and the scope of options. 

I have the questions ready and would need to be able to upload documents.

I assumed the free templates would not fit my needs so I'm hoping for a test run using a variety of additional options. 

I'm familiar with the concept and have experience in creating forms and some website layout.

To accept file uploads, you need to add a file upload field in the form.

Are you looking to test File Upload with big files? Is that your primary concern? We only have limits regarding the submissions and storages. Other than that, all features are available to the free plan. If the file upload is not your concern, then you should be good to go. Feel free to test, and let us know if you need a hand.
