Submission results do not reflect what is in the form in many instances. Below is a link to my form as well as the results of a submission. I have highlighted in red where the problems are.

For instance, its says " Type a question " in the form submission but on the form it says " BATHROOMS . Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
