    Text elements which you can use for entering any information do not appear on email alerts in an instant, unlike other form elements which captures submitted values.

    So my suggestion is either you attach the PDF of the submission which you can find on the Advanced tab of your email alert settings.


    or modify the contents of the email alert and manually enter your terms and conditions there.
