I got this message from a person trying to register with our Silicon Labs Camp form this morning. Not sure how to research the payment issue, but on the going through the form twice deal - I thought I had it set up so that they could save and continue later, but maybe I'm missing something there. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I’m trying to sign up my daughter for the Silicon Labs summer camp on July 9th to 13th, but am having problems at the very end where it accepts a credit card. I submit and it gets stuck…says “please wait…” and never recovers. I’ve went through the process twice from the very beginning. Did the information I entered come through?

Can you reintegrate your form again with your preferred payment gateway,and clear your form cache.

I have taken these steps. Thanks for the info. I will wait and see if this happens again. Is clearing the cache something I should do regularly to keep this from happening? Also - how about the save and finish later bit?

You don't really clear caches regularly. You can do it if you update your form or you made changes to your form. I checked your form and I'm not sure if you setup the Save forms and continue later properly. I can't seem to find the links in my cloned form.
