All contact form messgaes go into the spam box and even after we put them into the inbox they jump back to the spam box.
How can we stop this from happening I have contacted my hosting comany Heart Internet there reply was.
As I can understand, the messages from your contact form are sent from email@example.com, am I correct? If yes, the reason for the issue is that the SPF record of the jotform.com does not cover our mail .
SPF stands for "Sender Policy Framework". An SPF record shows to the recipient , that your accounts have an authorization to send messages from our mail . It is in place to identify which mail are authorized to send mail for a given . It is used to prevent spammers from sending mail with fraudulent "From" addresses at that .
I am not really sure how the Jot forms should work, however I think that you should set the messages to be send from one of your addresses, instead of @jotform.com one. So, you could change the address that is used for sending messages from firstname.lastname@example.org to one of your real addresses (for example email@example.com ) and test if that will resolve the issue.
I hope that this helps. We will be available, if you need any other assistance.

They mean setting up SMTP using your own email account for email notifications of your form.
For detailed information, please follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
This will resolve your issue.
