All contact form messgaes go into the spam box and even after we put them into the inbox they jump back to the spam box.

How can we stop this from happening I have contacted my hosting comany Heart Internet there reply was.

    Hi Sam,

As I can understand, the messages from your contact form are sent from noreply@jotform.com, am I correct? If yes, the reason for the issue is that the SPF record of the domain jotform.com does not cover our mail servers

SPF stands for "Sender Policy Framework". An SPF record shows to the recipient server, that your email accounts have an authorization to send messages from our mail servers. It is in place to identify which mail servers are authorized to send mail for a given domain. It is used to prevent spammers from sending mail with fraudulent "From" addresses at that domain.

I am not really sure how the Jot forms should work, however I think that you should set the messages to be send from one of your email addresses, instead of @jotform.com one. So, you could change the email address that is used for sending messages from noreply@jotform.com to one of your real email addresses (for example info@cotecprotectivecoatings.co.uk ) and test if that will resolve the issue.

I hope that this helps. We will be available, if you need any other assistance.

    Regards sam

They mean setting up SMTP using your own email account for email notifications of your form.

For detailed information, please follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    This will resolve your issue.
