May I know how to get back my old Data?

I would to get back all my old data & submission. How to do so ? 

Unfortunately, once submissions get removed, there is no way to restore them from our side.

The most you can do to recover the data is to use the submissions email data. Each submission must also have an equivalent sent an email.
