    Can I give my customers access to their individual Inbox without accessing my account in full?

    To clarify,you want your customers to access your submissions?

    You can setup an autoresponder,your customers will receive email notifications with the detailed information on the forms they submit.

    Thank you but no, I meant can I give my customers access to the Inbox of received enquiries from their website. I realise they should get an email with the enquiry, but if they lose that email they want to be able to check past received enquiries which are in their Inbox for that form.

    I don't want to give them access to my account, just to their individual Inbox of past enquiries.

    Unfortunately, that feature is not yet available. We can only send your customers autoresponders. You can also download the customers submissions and send it to them.
