We created a volunteer jotform which we embedded into our site through a link.
Volunteers are reporting issues with filling out the form so I ran a quick test. At the bottom after I hit ‘Submit’ it sat with a ‘Please wait…’ message (see screen shot below). I waited 5 minutes and it never changed so I refreshed the screen. Can you look into this right away? Since I just sent out the reminder email the timing is critical.

I did submit a test submission to the form direct link and I was not able to replicate the issue. Is the form embedded on your website? If yes, please try re-embedding it using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
If the issue still persists, please provide the more the website where the form is embedded so we can investigate it further.
