I tried to login and edit my forms today, and it wouldn't let me because my account was suspended. Can you please tell me why and how to resolve it?

Credit card information on plain text fields would not be protected, therefore we encourage our customers not to request this sensitive information that way. Might you need this, please collect it some other way and not in the forms, since they will be taken down or your account would be suspended just as it was done this time.
