How can I create a form that users do not have to fill any information out?

Because I cannot embed the form directly into a MailChimp email blast, is there a way to have users simply click "confirm" or "submit" without filling in any fields? I would need JotForm to capture their e-mail address without them having to re-type it into the form.

    Thanks,

That is not possible, the users need to enter their information, unless you already know it, you can pre-fill it via URL parameters: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

Thanks! Because I have over 3k subscribers, I don't think this method will work, but good to know for future reference.

We also have a widget called Spreadsheet to Form. This widget allows you to upload a spreadsheet to your form and use the values you have in the spreadsheet to pre-populate your form.

    Here's a user guide: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
