Greetings, I have a reservation form that seems to not be able to load on an iPhone, using either the Safari or Chrome browsers. This form is live on our website right now and people seem to be able to use it fine on a PC or Mac, but not on a phone or tablet. Please help. The link to the form, as hosted on our website, is:

I tested your form on an iPhone and the form is loaded, but it is not working properly.
Your standalone form is working fine on an iPhone.
