Form not submitting and stuck on please wait

Hello, 

I have created a form but once completed the send or submit tab is pressed the form does not send and it is stuck on please wait. 

I have checked the email settings and it seems to me that the recipient email is not entered in the correct box but I am not able to correct the issue.

I suggest you try first re-embed the form in your website using instead its iframe embed code. It is possible that script conflict issue was causing the issue since there were also existing jquery script codes on your website.

Using the iframe embed should prevent the issue. 

I test submitted the form using only its URL only https://www.jotform.us/form/80550210362140  but I was not able to reproduce the issue. You can check my test on the screencast below
