Friday, my forms was perfect. This morning there are all sorts of problems.
1. It's so wide that when I open the tool taskpane, my fields are hidden under the pane on the left. I want to add a field but I can't see where I'm dropping it.
2. When I click on the skip logic button form to add another rule, the downward pointing triangle from which I would normal choose "Show" doesn't work.
3. The date and time fields are spread out. They didn't look like that on Friday. I think it was set to "shrink."
4. My short text files are super wide.
5. All of my fields set to shrink are on top of one another.
What happened? It's impossible to edit this way.

I cloned your form for testing purposes but I can't seem to replicate the issue on 1. It's so wide that when I open the tool taskpane, my fields are hidden under the pane on the left. I want to add a field but I can't see where I'm dropping it.
The build view at my end is responsive when I clicked on the Add Form elements or the designer.
Here is a screen cast on my build view.
Have your tried using other browsers?
2. When I click on the skip logic button form to add another rule, the downward pointing triangle from which I would normal choose "Show" doesn't work.
I can't also replicate this issue. I can see all the list when I clicked the arrow.
3. The date and time fields are spread out. They didn't look like that on Friday. I think it was set to "shrink."
Here is the screenshot of the date and time fields,it seems it is not spread out in my view. Is this the correct layout?
4. My short text files are super wide.
To edit your short text entry, you can go to properties then Options>Width. Change the width of your short text entry that best fits your layout.
5. All of my fields set to shrink are on top of one another.
If you think the fields you shrink are on top of one another, kindly turn off shrink and then turn on again.
Here is a screen shot of the cloned form, when I followed the steps above.
If you have another layout, can you let us know which fields needs to be edited?
You can also use the revision history to revert your form to the previous layout.
